Before the incident

Maintenance was working on the pop up rollers at the auto stacker package line because they were not functioning properly The employee was pushing a pallet off of the rollers at the auto stacker The maintenance tech told the employee to push the pallet across the pop up rollers When the employee did the lift rollers dropped This stopped the pallet from moving Then the next pallet which was already moving forward on the automatic rollers exited the auto stacker and ran into the employees right hand
