Before the incident

An employee was using a long handled scrapping tool to scrape the tape off of the production floor during inventory This employee was using the tool in a good ergonomic manner with a widen stance but after a full day of using the tool to scrape the tape the employee felt pain in their lower back extending down to their right leg The employee thought the pain would go away so they did not report the injury Upon coming into work the following day the employee was still having pain and discomfort which they then reported to their manager
