On [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] RCA tripped slipped and fell while delivering a package to a residential address [REDACTED]. He walked back to the LLV and realized he was dizzy because of the fall. During the fall he hit his back left shoulder blade and head. He was showing signs of muscle strain and back spasms.
