What happened

Employee stated he couldn 't move after feeling a pain on his pelvis area. On [REDACTED] Supervisor came to me to mention that employees were asking for a supervisor to go outside because employee were bended over due to a pain. Supervisor stated that hamper was almost empty employee was offered to call ambulance he said yes. When the ambulance got to office employee was complaining about the hospital that ambulance was going to take it. He has been out of work since that day.
