Before the incident

Driving tug with a lav cart to dump the lav cart.

What happened

Getting out of the tug and there was some ice and when stepping down slipped on the ice. When started falling grabbed onto the tug with right arm to break fall and immediately felt pain in neck and later on that night the pain moved down to the lower back as well.
