Employee had been towing AC prior to the incident. Employee was scheduled to [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] and was preparing for IB flight before accident occured.

During the inbound of [REDACTED] flight 2388 at [REDACTED] I had been positioned to do the nose wheel chocks on the aircraft. Once the plane ([REDACTED]) was parked I moved in to put the chocks into place. To do so I picked up the chocks and carried them to the nose wheel tires and proceeded to squat down making sure to keep my back straight and carefully place them. After doing so I noticed that the chock situated behind the tires was slightly crooked. I then leaned forward and lifted the side that was not flush and attempted to move it. At the same time a sharp pain started on the left-hand side of my lower back.
