What happened

On [REDACTED] at about [REDACTED] Delivery Associate (DA) was in the back of the van grabbing packages at [REDACTED]. While DA was grabbing packages he felt a sharp pain in his left wrist and dropped the packages. DA didnt think much of it and continued with the route. DA was able to finish but by the end of the route his wrist was very sore and he was pretty much unable to grab anything. DA informed that he has tendonitis.
