What happened

[REDACTED] at [REDACTED] an associate was assisting with cleaning up wood left from a freight pallet. She stepped back onto a board that had a nail protruding from it. The nail slightly broke the skin of her left foot. We cleaned the area applied some antibiotic cream a band- aid and some gauze for additional padding. She stated she was fine and did not need any additional medical treatment. Per EHS we instructed her to contact us if anything changes or if we can be of any more assistance to let us know. nail was new clean no rust
