[REDACTED] was drilling a hole for a rivet to assemble a bracket in the center of the tray. The tray was in a fixture that held it upright to make reaching around to the other side of the part easier. He was drilling a hole through the part while holding the part steady with his right hand and as the drill went through the part the bit came out of the other side and in to his arm slightly.
