Loading side gusset film onto converter 25 unwind

The associate was in the process of loading a side gusset roll on the top portion of the side gusset unwind and as he was backing up the roll cart the roll and the shaft started coming down. The associate tried to catch the roll but was not able to do so. The roll and shaft ended up on the floor. The associate did not realized that he was hurt until he went to break and felt his t-shirt was getting wet. Upon removing his t-shirt he noticed a cut on his right chest.
