Hand stacking sheet with another employee on line 702 due to the mechanical stacker breaking down

Stacker dropped on table and employees hand stack sheet onto finished skid. While exiting after placing sheet onto skid Employee A closed overhead stacker gate before Employee B was clear of the line of fire and the stacker gate struck Employee B 's head. Note: Employee B was wearing a bump cap at the time.

Employee suffered a concussion with loss of consciousness. Employee was exiting the stacker gate area when another employee accidently pull down the stacker gate which made contact with the employee 's head. Rendering them unconscious for 2-3 second.
