What happened

[REDACTED] was working with PT lumber stocking the bins. He was working with another employee ([REDACTED]). They were combining 2 units together on the forklift. They were moving boards by hand when [REDACTED] tripped and as he fell his has flailed up and hit the mirror of the forklift. The mirror shattered and lacerated the back side of his right hand. He sustained a cut on his right ring finger from the knuckle to the top of his hand.
