Walking into the lunch room from the dispatch area.

What happened

While walking into the lunchroom from the shipping area [REDACTED] tripped over the door threshold and rolled her right ankle. She worked for a few minutes using a chair but was in a lot of pain. She was seen a Convenient MD in [REDACTED] around [REDACTED]. Immediately after the incident she state that she had bad ankles from previous injuries while in dance and gymnastics.
