EE was handling the air hose during a pallet push and the air hose got caught on an open cell door pallet continued to move he yelled at the operator to stop the pallet push the air hose was under immediate tension and jerked upwards striking him in the face. He has an injury to his right side lower lip and his right front tooth is chipped.
