Placing axles on a chassis

[REDACTED] [REDACTED] around [REDACTED] a technician and two other team members were loading axles to a mobile home chassis; one of the technician was re-positioning a mobile home axle on chassis the axle needed to sit right over the bottom axle for stability he then preceded to turn the axle drum and that 's when the axle drum rotate and caught his finger in between the top and bottom drum making a 1 2 cut on the bottom part of index finger.
