5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of %% employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of: being required to walk on the moving conveyor belts, located throughout the plant at heights of 12 feet and 14 feet. Employees are filling orders from customers and the conveyor belts carry cases of liquor to a point where the cases are packed and addressed.
