Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck by a bale of hay when performing lifting with the Ford 515 Tractor, Vehicle ID# LL13087, with the front fork attachment: Among others, one feasible and useful method to correct this hazard is: (a) utilize a tractor with an overhead guard, or (b) equip the Ford 515 Tractor, Vehicle ID# LL13087, with an overhead guard and a load backrest extension.:
