Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At the second floor of the Family Department-Corozal Local Office; it had
evidence of
water spots on the acoustic panels due to water ceiling filtrations.  The
employees were
performing clerical tasks.
Hazard: Slips and falls.
Among other correction method, one feasible and acceptable to correct this
hazard is
repair the ceiling.
En el segundo piso del Departamento de la Familia-Oficina Local de
Corozal; existia
evidencia de manchas de agua en los plafones acusticos debido a las
filtraciones de agua
en el techo.  Los empleados estaban realizando tareas clericales.
Riesgo: Resbalones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, uno factible y aceptable para corregir
este riesgo es
reparar el techo.r
