furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment
which were free from
recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to
employees in that employees were exposed to:
(a). Construction site at 130 Brooklet Way in Brooks, Georgia:  Employees
were exposed
to serious injuries at the construction site due to the fact that no
support system was used to
anchor the wall frame and chimney box, approximately 25' in length and 17'
in height while
nine men tried to lift it up so that they could attached it to the floor
surface.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to determined the total load prior to lifting to ensure the employees who
are required to lift
structural frames are capability of performing the task and if
calculations
reveal that the load
exceed human capacity than use other feasible methods to anchor the walls
or other structures
prior to lifting.
