employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
Construction area - employees were using horse scaffolds in which tha
horses were spaced 14' -
0" and 10'- 0"instead 8'- 0"for light duty.
Hazard: Sprains, strains, contusions and fractures from falls.
Area de la construccion - empleados estaban usando andamios de caballetes
en
los cuales los
caballetes estaban espaciados a 14'- 0" y 10'- 0" en lugar de 8'- 0"para
trabajos livianos.
