ABATEMENT NOTES:
Among other methods,one feasible method to reduce the hazard is to:
1.Follow ANSI/SIA A92.5-1992-Boom Supported Elevating Works
Platforms,section 8.8 states:" Ensure all personnel in the platform are
wearing
fall protection devices and other safety gear as required at all times"and
2.Train the employees in the proper procedures while operating aerial
lifts,
such as, but not limited to, the wearing of a safety harness with lanyard.
ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED AS OUTLINED IN PART 29 CFR 1903.19
