were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to

were exposed to the hazards of falling out of the bucket of a Bobcat
Skid-Steer including striking
the ground and being run over.
a) At 556 Chapel Hills Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado:  Employees of
Doug Cook
Enterprises LLC were exposed to injury while in the bucket of a Bobcat
Skid-Steer as it
transported an employee and landscape materials across the jobsite.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazardous
condition would be to provide in depth training for all personnel required
to use the Bobcat Skid-
Steer, including hands-on training and supervised on-the-job training,
prior to employees being
permitted to use the equipment.
