NCGS 95-129(1): The employer did not furnish to each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards which were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. 1) Employer, Mr. Marshall Teachy failed to protect employees from exposed electrical wiring that could possibly cause electrical shock, coma, burns or possible death.One reasonable way to abate among others which would be appropriate and feasible method of abatement is to replace, repair or remove the exposed wiring.
