Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees:
Cal P. & Wester Middle School, Frisco, Texas:
On or about October 23, 2001, the employer did not assure that the pallet
of insulation, loaded
on the 3:12 pitched roof of building "A," was blocked or otherwise secured
to prevent it from
sliding or falling.  Employees working in the immediate area were exposed
to the hazard of
being struck-by the moving pallet.
