North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a)jobsite, on or about 31 Jul 01, safe capacity of the roof was exceeded due to placement of roofing materials. Among other methods, one feasible means of abatement is to spread out roofing materials placed on the roof over a greater area to not overload the live load capacity of the roof.ity
