Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) At Jim Harding Way, Huntsville, AL., - Two employee(s) were riding on a wooden pallet on the forks of a Dynalift. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of 22 feet to the ground. Among other methods. one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to: 1. The employer can purchase a cage that is designed for lifting personnel on fork lifts for this type of work. 2. For additional assistant please refer to American National Standard Powered Industrial Trucks ASME B56.1-1993
