employment and a place of
employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or
likely to cause death
or serious physical harm to employees:
The employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from falling
while working in a
snorklift at the following location:
a.On the east side of the Hard Rock Hotel, two employees were working in an
aerial lift without wearing a harness and lanyard, exposing the employees
to a fall
hazard of approximately 50 feet.
