Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health act of
1975: The employer did
not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazard that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

patrono no proveyo
empleo y un lugar de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o puedan causar
muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleaods estaban
expuestos a:
At the ADSEF and ASUME area of Family Department in Catano Office, the
employees
were performing clerical works suchs as writing documents, interviewing
clients and
searching and filing records. The entrance door to the storage room was
falling because
the gypsum board wall was damage affecting the frame door.
Among others methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct is
change the gypsum board.
Hazard: Hit by the door.
En el area de ADSEF y ASUME del Departamento de la Familia en la Oficina de
Catano, los empleados estaban realizando trabajos clericales tales como
escribiendo
documentos, entrevistando clientes, buscando y archivando expedientes. La
puerta de
entrada al cuarto de almacen estaba cayendose porque la pared de yeso
estaba danada
afectando el marco de la puerta.
Ademas de otros metodos, un metodo de correcion factible y aceptable para
corregir es
cambiar el "gypsum board".
Riesgo: Golpe por puerta.
