Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment
which were free
from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm
in that employees were exposed to the hazards of fire and explosion:
a) MDF Line #1: The Reject Recovery conveying system for the trimsaw was
not provided
with an isolating device which would prevent propagation of fire into
occupied areas.
One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to
install an isolation
device within the conveying system before it re-enters the building as per
NFPA 664 section
8.2.4.1.
