Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employmnent and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: At the 1300 Block of Haymarket Road and 10500 Sewell Circle, Dallas, Texas 75217. a) Due to the lack of channelizing devices in the transition and termination area of the work zone, employees who were working in the north bound lane of Haymarket Road, were exposed to the hazard of being struck by a motor vehicle.
