at a remote gas well site employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard
when the flow
line was not secured at the discharge end and rotated during a blow down
procedure.
ABATEMENT NOTE:
Among other feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct this
hazard:
1. Secure the flow line at the discharge end and well head assembly to
prevent rotation.
