used to lift the dough hopper cart had the manufacturer's hook safety latch
damaged.

used to lift the dough hopper cart hoist load capacity rating was not
permanently
marked on the hoist or load block and was not visible from the operating
positions.
c)Dough mixing area - The 1/4 Ton Man Guard electrically operated overhead
hoist
used to lift the dough hopper cart had not been inspected and no records or
inspection code marks were available for the hoist.
Among other methods, several feasible and acceptable abatement methods to
correct this hazard are to: 1. Replace the hoist hook safety latch in
accordance
with B30.16, 1973, Chapter 16-2 Paragraph 16-2.1.2.10 (d).  2. Mark the
rated
load on the hoist so that it is visible from the operating position in
accordance
with ANSI B30.16, 1973 Paragraph 16-2.1.1.1.  3.  Conduct frequent and
periodic inspections of the hoists in accordance with ANSI B30.16, 1973,
