were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a. Employees were exposed to receive serious injuries such as: fractures,
strokes
respiratory problems due to exposure to smoke and fall because of
insufficience space
of exit that delayed the exit in case of emergencies. It was documented
that the work area
was rectangular with a dimensions of 18.5 feet width by 20 feet length
which they were
occupied with office equipment, reducing the work area for 6 employees,
who performed
duties of clerical operations and investigative processes. Among other
methods one
feasible and acceptable methods to correct this hazard to provide 100
sq.ft. floor area per
person: As required in NFPA 1985 Sec 27-1.7.1 (or later edition)
a. Empleados estaban expuestos a recibir serias lesiones tales como:
fracturas,
golpes,
problemas respiratorios debido exposicion a humo y caidas; porque el
espacio insuficiente
en la salida, dilataba en salir en caso de emergencia. Fue documentado que
el area de
trabajo era rectangular con dimensiones de 18.5 pies de ancho por 20 pies
de largo que
eran ocupados con equipo de oficina reduciendo el area de trabajo a 6
empleados que
realizaban trabajos de procesos investigativos y operaciones clericales.
Entre otros
metodos un metodo aceptable y posible de corregir este riesgo es proveer
100 pies
