employer did not furnish
employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized
hazards that were
causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Clearing site off Highway 73 near Prescott, Arkansas: The Caterpillar D8
Dozer used
to clear land for reforestation was not provided seat belts, exposing the
employee
operating the equipment on or about July 7, 2006 to struck or crushed by
hazards.
Among other feasible abatement methods: Install seat belts on the
equipment and
enforce their use by operators.
