recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees exposed to a
crushing or struck by hazard.

activities
while working inside, above, and below the installed roof trusses were
exposed to
crushing/struck by hazards due to insufficient temporary bracing and
overloading.

BE FOR THE COMPANY TO FOLLOW: 1) BCSI-B1 GUIDE TO GOOD PRACTICE
FOR HANDLING, INSTALLING, RESTRAINING & BRACING OF METAL PLATE
CONNECTED WOOD TRUSSES, 2) BCSI-B4 CONSTRUCTION LOADING SHEET,
3) THE CONSULTATION OF A REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER.NAL
