correct this hazard would
be to ensure that the area around the exposed scaffolding was either
properly barricaded to
protect it against the moving traffic or ensure that proper traffic
control was in place to remove
the vehicles from the areas around the base of the scaffolding:
A) LOCATION: CORNER OF ADAMS, CENTRAL, AND UNION ST, LEOMINSTER
TUBULAR WELDED SCAFFOLDING WAS ERECTED IN AREAS WHERE IT WAS
SUBJECTED TO PHYSICAL DAMAGE BY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC  AND THERE WERE
NO BARRIERS OR OTHER MEANS OF TRAFFIC CONTROL IN PLACE TO LIMIT THE
VEHICULAR EXPOSURE TO THE SCAFFOLDING.
