parts:
(a)  For the employees who work around and under the New Grand
International 4-post
runway style lift, Model TR-5L, Serial #9312048-0, that had grease and oil
on the safety
lock rods, in the tire shop at Lamb's Chevrolet & Implement, located at
Highway 83 and
Highway 26, Onida, South Dakota.
(b)  For the employees who work around and under the Rotary 2-post lift
and the Worth
2-post lift, Model 9000 CF, Serial #9906-1295, that were not marked to
identify the
rated load capacity, in the service shop at Lamb's Chevrolet & Implement,
located at
Highway 83 and Highway 26, Onida, South Dakota.
Abatement Note:
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement would
be to
follow the requirements of ANSI/ALI ALOIM and/or ANSI B153.1 which
includes,
among other requirements, the following:
1.Institute a preventive maintenance program according to the
manufacturer's
specifications.
2.Provide training to employees on proper use and care of the lifts.
3.Ensure all lifts are rated and marked with their load capacity.
4.Schedule and complete all periodic and annual inspections.
