a periodic inspection procedure in accordance with the lift manufacturer's
recommendations, tied back and missing lift safety locking devices,
missing lift
load capacity ratings, safety operational instructions and signage not
posted,
hydraulic & pneumatic leaks from lifts and piping and missing lift arm pad
sleeve
retention pins, on or about, 05/24/07.
ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF ABATEMENT WOULD BE TO:
1. Follow the lift manufacturer's service and maintenance operational
manual.
AND OR;
2. Follow and comply with the ANSI/ALI-ALOIM-2000 Standard.
