supervisor office - There were observed pieces of concrete cement that were
falling from the ceiling, the pieces that falled have an approximate of 5
pounds.
The employees were performing offices works.
Hazard:  ceiling unfastening.

Engineer certify the building stability.

supervisor del
Programa WIC - Se observo que pedazos de cemento del techo se estaba
cayendo,
donde se desprendieron pedazos de hasta aproximadamente 5 libras. Los
empleados realizaban sus trabajos de oficina.
Riesgo:  desprendimiento del techo.
Entre otros metodos de correccion un metodo factible y aceptable es una
certificacion de un Ingeniero Estructural que verifique la estabilidad del
edificio."d
