29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(iv): The contract employer did not assure that each contract employee follows the safety rules of the facility including the safe work practices required by 29 CFR 1910.119(f)(4): On or about July 9, 2009 at the Lion Oil Refinery located at 1000 McHenry in El Dorado, Arkansas two employees of Wyatt Field Service Company failed to comply with Lion Oil Company's safe work practices in that they were observed inspecting a scaffold beneath the Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit #7 (FCCU #7) without first signing in at the FCCU #7 control room.ol
