puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
Employees of Departamento de La Familia, were exposed to illnesses and
injuries due that the
employer did not provide training to his employees related to handled
domestic
violence in the
workplace, as requiered by the Act for the implementation of a Protocol to
Handle Domestic
Violence Situation in the Workplace or Place of Employment Act No. 217 of
september 29,
2006.
Hazard:  Employees exposed to domestic violence in the workplace
One method among others to abate this hazard: The employer shall provide
trainning to all
establisment's employees related to handle domestic violence in the
workplace for have
knowledge and act if this situation is presented. The Women's Advocate
Office will provide to
the employer the necessary technical guidance for implementation of the
protocol.
Empleados del Departamento de La Familia, estaban expuestos a lesiones y
enfermedades debido
a que el patrono no proveyo adiestramiento a sus empleados relacionado al
manejo de situaciones
de Violencia Domestica en el lugar de trabajo, requerido bajo la Ley para
la
Implementacion del
Protocolo de Situaciones de Violencia Domestica en el Lugar de Trabajo o
Sitio de Empleo, Ley
numero 217 del 29 de septiembre de 2006, y la Ley numero 16 del 5 de
agosto de 1975 segun
enmendada.
Riesgo: Empleados expuestos a violencia domestica en el trabajo.
Un metodo para disminuir el riesgo: El patrono tiene que proveer
adiestramiento a todos los
empleados del establecimiento relacionado con el manejo de situaciones de
Violencia Domestica
en el lugar de trabajo. La Oficina de la Procuradora de la Mujer provee a
los patrono las guias
necesarias para la implementacion del protocolo.
