Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to collapse and fall hazards while working in an aerial lift:
Location - Amy Road, Holliston,MA:
On or about 11/2/09, the employer failed to protect employees from fall
hazards while
working in an aerial lift.
Among other methods, a feasible means to correct this hazard is to
develop, and
implement procedures meeting ANSI A92.2.-1990, Including:
1. In accordance with frequent inspection and Tests.
2. In acordance with during operation the operator shall wear a harnesss.
