hazards.
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct
this hazard would
include:
a.  Ensure a direct line of sight is maintained between the operator and
other employees
involved in seating / unseating the blowout preventer assembly.
b.  Ensure employees are not in / near the cellar when seating / unseating
equipment such
as pumps and blowout preventers.
c.  Contract a third party for BOP installation.

2007, titled
"Recommended Practice for Occupational Safety for Oil and Gas Drilling and

Operations", states in Section 6, Paragraph 6.10.01, "On all land rigs,
the derrick or mast shall
have an auxiliary means of escape installed prior to personnel working in
the derrick."
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to ensure an auxiliary means of escape is installed on the escape line
prior to personnel working
in the derrick.l
