29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential constructionactivities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrailsystems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was analternative fall protection measure provided.    (a)  Guerrero Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. @ 63999 Eagle River Dr., Edwards, CO 81632: On and before June 3rd, 2011, the employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a multi-family home and clubhouse. Employees were not utilizing a fall protective system. The condition exposed employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15'.
