29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nEmployees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\na) Excell Kaiser LLC - On or about 12 August 2011, the employer did not provide employee(s) engaged in welding operations with effective training and information for the hazardous chemicals used in workplace, including but not limited to welding fumes and its components such as Copper,  Manganese, Zinc, Iron, Vanadium, Cobalt  fumes, Nickel and Chromium dusts. \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nIn accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\n
