29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during the operating cycle(s):      a) Fabrication Department- On April 26, 2018, the employer did not ensure that the point of operation on each Amada RG-80 press brake was guarded in a manner that would prevent employees from inadvertent contact with the point of operation during the operating cycle. The restraint devices used on the RG-80 were not properly adjusted so as to prevent the operator from inadvertently reaching into the point of operation.
