29 CFR 1926.454(a)(2): Correct procedures for dealing with electrical hazards and for erecting, maintaining, and disassembling the fall protection systems and falling object protection systems were not instituted;\r\n\r\nWilson Roofing Co. had two employees performing roofing work from a Terex TB 66 aerial lift at heights greater than 10 ft., and the employees were not tied off at the manufactured designated points within the personnel basket. The employer did not provide employer training to ensure employees were aware of proper procedures to follow to provide fall protection, while working from the aerial lift.
