29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:\r\n(a) Skilled Nursing Facility project in Chippewa Falls, WI; A stairway located in front of the General Contractors job trailer did not have a handrail inplace. The stairway had five risers and had a total height of approximately 34 inches above the lower level.
