29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Barrier guards or safety devices such as light curtains were not installed in a manner in which employees would not be able to bypass. Barrier guard and/or light curtain on molding press number 33 Battenfeld serial BN-730 did not cover the left the side of the press exposing employees to burns, lacerations, fractures and amputations while operating this press. There is no abatement or certification required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CR 1910.303(b)(1): A flexible cord pendant was installed that was not free from damaged parts that may adversely affect the safety of the employee such as broken, bent, cut and spliced electrical cords. The damaged electrical pendant was located near molding machine number 22. There is no abatement or certification required for this item.
