29 CFR 1910.272(j)(1):     The employer did not develop and implement a written housekeeping program that established the frequency and the method(s) determined best to reduce accumulations of fugitive grain dust on ledges, floors, equipment, and other exposed surfaces.    Central Commodities Ltd. permitted grain dust accumulation of in excess of 1.5 inches on the upper surfaces of beam flanges near the roof, .5 inches on lower surfaces at columun base plates,  and on electric cords and electric equipment in the area known as the east side of the rail pit truck dump.      Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
